This deceptively spacious three storey town house is set in the corner of a quiet residential cud-de-sac in Camelford, North Cornwall. Ideally located a short drive from the A30 (the main road through all of Cornwall), beautiful beaches, Coastal paths and the Camel Trail; shops, restaurants and a number of Golf Clubs; Tremedos is an ideal base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. As you enter Tremendos, you will find the downstairs very well equipped kitchen/dining area with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, w.c and access to the patio, courtyard garden. To the first floor the large lounge room offers a comfortable space to unwind and enjoy the TV/DVD player. The top floor hosts 2 good sized comfortable bedrooms, 1 King and 1 twin with 2 single beds. Linen is provided for guests at Tremendos, but please do remember your towels. In the bathroom you will find a bath and WC with shower. To the front of the property there is an allocated parking space for 1 vehicle and guest spaces at the far end of the cul-de-sac. To the rear, is a courtyard style garden with patio furniture.
