Welcome to our home! This modern home is the perfect base for families, business travellers and tourists to experience this buzzing city. Fitted with a sofa, cable TV and dining table, you can unwind and relax in the living room after a busy day. The sofa can be extended into a single sofa bed to sleep 1 guest. The full kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary mod-cons, including a toaster, microwave and kitchenware. The space is great to cook up a home made deal whenever you please! There are 2 double bedrooms fitted with fresh linens and a lovely bathroom with a tub! We've also provided a dishwasher, washer and ironing facilities for you! Please note that there is currently undergoing construction work behind the flat. The works finish daily at 5 and cannot be heard from within the flat.

## The neighborhood The home is well located at the fringe of the city centre. There are many restaurants on Chapel St -Vero Moderno is one of the best Italian restaurants in Manchester and is only a 2 min walk from the flat! If you plan on cooking at home, you can pick up groceries from Costcutter in front of the building. There is also a Co op (with cash machine) 2min walk from the flat. ## Getting around There are a few bus stops on Chapel Street with great routes around town. Salford Central station is a 5 minute walk from the home as well.
