This beautifully refurbished town centre 3 bedroomed house had a total refurbishment in 2018 and is now complete with brand new fixtures and fittings throughout, creating a modern, light and spacious holiday home with private parking and within minutes of Bude’s beaches and the town centre. The house comfortably sleeps six in a king sized bedroom with ensuite and two twin bedded rooms. There is a first floor family bathroom. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room and separate lounge. Outside there are gardens to the front, side and rear with off road parking for 2/3 cars. There is also space to park in the street if needed. We welcome pets by arrangement and the garden is surrounded by a wall and a fence. This is the ideal property to leave the car behind as all of Bude is accessible on foot. Guests can walk to the beach and Bude Canal and Wharf area in under ten minutes, the town centre within a minute or two and the golf course is four hundredNew to the market after a complete refurbishment.
