Located in Bridlington, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the railway station and 1 minute from Duke’s Park, Maryland Bed and Breakfast features a shared lounge with TV and free WiFi available throughout.

Individually decorated, each room comes with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV with DVD player and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, bathtub and shower.

Every morning, guests can enjoy a full English breakfast, along with porridge, orange juice, cereals, yoghurts or other lighter or vegetarian options.

Local attractions include Flamborough Lighthouse and Flamborough Head Golf Club, 5.8 miles away, while Bridlington Golf Club is 2.7 miles away. The beach is just 10 minutes’ walk from the B&B.

Information about the host

Our property is a Victorian 3 story house with many of the original features still intact. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with little extras in every room. Towels, toiletries, hairdryers, hospitality trays and dressing gowns are available, so all you need to fetch with you are your clothes and tooth brush. If you fancy a night in, we have a guest lounge, where you can chill out after a day out and about. The double deluxe room is based on the first floor and is facing the front of the property and has a bay window. The family suite is on the top floor and consists of two separate rooms and does not have an adjoining door to each bedroom. There is a bathroom on the outside of the rooms and each room has a sink. We have renovated and decorated all the bedrooms since we have had the property and they are all cosy and well equipped.

We love meeting people from various walks of life and we always have time for a chat. In our free time we enjoy exploring the wonderful coastline and visiting places of interest. We also enjoy spending time with our grandchildren, who enjoy going crabbing in the harbour. A walk along the beach in the evening with our dogs is a great way to relax and to take in the beautiful scenery.

There is so much to see and do in Bridlington and the surrounding area. There are two beautiful beaches, one being 5 minutes away and the other 10 minutes away. It is only a few minutes walk into town and the busy working harbour. The Spa theater is great for a night out and is within walking distance from where we are situated. There are lots of nice places to eat and we can recommend eateries that suit your taste.
