Twenty One is a lovely one bedroomed self catering apartment with lovely garden views. The apartment is built at the rear of the main property, with its own seperate entrance. The design gives maximum privacy and the location is peaceful and quiet. The south facing patio is a pleasant area to sit & listen to the birds or just enjoy refreshments out on the patio. The kitchen has the basics available, ie initial milk, cereals, tea, coffee. sugar & there is mini supermarket just around the corner, also available details of good local takeaway food that can be delivered or collected within a short driving distance.
As well as looking after Twenty One I work from home as a Healthcare practitioner, promoting optimum health using Homeopathy, Bio-resonance & the Bowen Technique. Please do ask if you are interested. Letting out our Apartment is a new opportunity for me this year as it was originally designed for our Mum. Unfortunately the apartment no longer meets Mums needs & she has moved to a new retirement home. I am looking forward to managing Twenty One and meeting new people, in the process. It will be great to fill the apartment with guests who are looking for something a little different & that gives all the comforts of home.
From our experience so far this neighbourhood is really lovely. (we moved here Jan 2017) We walk around the area daily as we have a dog but you always see a mixed range of people jogging and cycling ect. The canal and the old train line are our favourate. There is always something going on around Sandbach & the surrounding areas are just as historical and pretty. The town square & farmers/markets are real pleasure which we attend regularly. The train station being so local is great as the line goes straight into Manchester one way, also stopping at Manchester Airport and the other line is one stop to Crewe & from there you can travel anywhere, which is great.
