Twentyfourshorehead is located in directly on the waterfront in the historic harbour area of Stonehaven. There is free WiFi access available and free parking nearby.

All rooms boast stunning views of the harbour and the sea. Each room has an en-suite shower room, a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and binoculars.

Twentyfourshorehead was once a cooperage, making barrels for the local herring fleet. The property is a listed building in a conservation area.

Stonehaven Train Station is a 7-minute drive away and Aberdeen is 16 miles away.

Information about the host

The house was built in the 1770s and as it is a Listed Building within a Conservation Area it is comparatively little changed. We hope you agree that we have made the best of the space available and that guests enjoy the special location, the stunning sea views and the proximity of lovely restaurants.

Try the Tolbooth Museum here on the harbour. A must-see is Dunnottar Castle - from the harbour you can walk 1.5km to the Castle along stunning cliffs. Of, of course, you can drive there in 5 minutes.
