Ty Coed is a detached, single-storey cottage, one of seven holiday homes on-site situated 2.5 miles from Cardigan. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a front patio with hot tub and shared use of lawned grounds with furniture, a outdoor heated swimming pool and children's play area. Ty Coed provides excellent accommodation for a small family.

The market town of Cardigan in Ceredigion is situated on the River Teifi and offers shops, both unique local producers and larger chain stores, as well as tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and a ruined castle.
