The cottage was refurbished in the last 2 years. It has a 5 star grade from the Welsh tourist board On the property there are sheep that graze and children are welcome to feed them and play in the fields. The cottage is very peaceful and tranquil.

We live on site and can help & advise guests on different places of interest to visit as well as all best restaurants to eat and local coffee shops ect.

Llandeilo is the nearest town, which is surrounded by castles and has numerous antique shops, independent traders & art galleries. Llandeilo with its narrow streets and attractive historic buildings retains its old world atmosphere, it has pretty pasted painted Georgian houses that sweep down to the town's immense bridge, the largest single span bridge in Wales and is situated majestically on a high bluff in the Tywi Valley. Ty Erin is situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons & one hour drive from the Gower coast. Tenby is also 1 hour drive where you can take boat rides over to Caldey Island which is home to Cistercian Monks. Very near to the Usk Reservoir. Climb the Famous mountain of Pen Y Fan in winter time you could in Switzerland normally full of snow. Summer time take a picnic and enjoy the relaxing scenery. It is the highest peak in South Wales at 886 mts. Travel time 1 hour 20 Mins. Don't miss a visit to Rhandir Mwyn see the lakes and rivers about 45 mins.
