This first floor apartment is bright and contemporary with unrestricted river views across the front of the apartment. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms Upper Tremorvah is ideal for 2 couples or a family. Entered via a flight of internal stairs, The open plan living space, has two sets of french doors opening onto juliette balconies. The lounge area has leather sofas, tv and feature fire. The kitchen at the rear of the room has high gloss cream units and grey tops. Double oven, glass hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Between the two is the dining area with large white gloss table and leather dining chairs for 6. Off the living room is the small double bedroom with wardrobe, and stunning river views. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and again is overlooking the river with plenty of built in storage. The third bedroom is a single with a pull out from under that can be made up as a single or a twin. There are 2 bathrooms; both refurbished this year (2019) the first has a bath with shower over, toilet and basin. The second has a shower, toilet and basin. A year round parking pass for Mayors Avenue car park in the centre of town.

The shops and restaurants are on your doorstep just a short walk down into Dartmouth including with well-known local breakfast spot Cafe Alfrecso. On the riverfront you will find Mitch Tonks 'The Rockfish' and 'The Seahorse'. Also on the river front you will find transport links via the ferries and steam train. A longer walk past the fort will take you to the South West Coast Path which runs out the mouth of the river past Dartmouth Castle. Blackpool Sands is the closest beach, a 5-minute drive away in the village of Stoke Fleming.
