Each cottage has a well equipped kitchen, a barbecue and a patio. There is also a dining area and a sitting room with a flat-screen TV. A dog walking service is available on request for an additional fee.

There is a shared (between the 6 cottages) heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub with views of the Brecon Beacons.

There is a play area at the farm, with areas to explore. Popular local activities include hiking, cycling, mountain biking and golf. There are also wildlife watching opportunities nearby.

Vale Farm Cottages are situated in the beautiful Welsh countryside with stunning mountain views, all six cottages look out to Pen y Fan mountain. All the guest share the indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub making this site a wonderful place to come and relax. Having a play area and lots of open space is a bonus for families and guests with dogs. The cottages are only 4 miles away from the historic market town of Brecon and in the heart of many tourist attractions. We look forward to welcoming you to Wales.

My name is Emma Baldwyn and I have lived at Vale Farm since August 2017- a traditional farm with my husband Andrew and two sons Jack aged 20 and Charlie aged 16. Andrew and the boys look after our 1200 ewes and 80 suckler cows with calves. They can be seen attending their animals or working on the tractors in the fields surrounding the cottages. Please feel free to stop and ask them any farming questions you may have. I look after the six holiday cottages at Vale Farm with my small team of helpers. Before coming to Wales I had owned four holiday cottages in Worcestershire for ten years. I love meeting guests and hearing about the adventures they are having whilst staying, but also respect that guests have come for space and relaxation and do not want to be distured. Living in the Farmhouse on site enables me to assist guests whenever I am needed. The most favourite things about living at Vale Farm is being in the quiet countryside with beautiful bird song in the morning, fantasic stars in the dark night sky and the view!!! and what an amazing view it is.
