Varley House

Situated opposite Hillsborough Nature Reserve, which overlooks the harbour, Varley House is ideally located for visiting Damien Hirst's statue Verity. This large guest house has a garden, a spacious and homely lounge and bar and free Wi-Fi.

The bedrooms all have tea/coffee making facilities and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. Some rooms have blackout curtains and most views across the town or the hills to the sea.

A full English breakfast is served in the morning, as well as lighter options. Produce is sourced locally where possible and the food is freshly cooked to order. Vegetarian food is available at the Varley.

Tunnels Beaches, Ilfracombe Golf Club and Ilfracombe Museum are just 1 miles from Varley House. Barnstaple Rail Station is a 30-minute drive away.

Varley House is run by Husband & Wife Team Rod & Helen.Rod is a Qualified Chef, who spent 28 years in the industry working up to Financial Controller. Appeared on the Channel 4 programme COUNTDOWN in 2013. Helen came from the Dental Industry.
