TV ROOM Adjoining the living room is the TV area fitted with a sofa and a TV and a bench. The room is decorated with lovely artwork on the walls. KITCHEN & DINING AREA Tastefully designed, the kitchen is located on the ground floor and boasts natural light coming through the large windows. The kitchen features an island and stools, serving as a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The dining table sits 8 people comfortably and the space is decorated with lovely pieces of artwork. SHOWER ROOM & LAUNDRY AREA On the ground floor just next to the entrance in the property is a WC, a walk-in shower and a washing machine with a separate tumble dryer. WC This toilet is conveniently located off the hallway next to the kitchen area and is fitted with a single wash basin and a WC. FOURTH BEDROOM Situated on the second floor, this room is perfect for families traveling with children as it offers single bed and plenty of toys. STUDY On the second floor is a study fitted with a desk by the window, chests of drawers and an armchair. GARDEN The spacious and verdant garden is perfect for meals al fresco and entertainment as it features a BBQ, a trampoline and a large table with chairs.
