Inside the home on the right of the entrance hall, is the main living area. LIVING ROOM The living room includes ample seating, including a sofa in the bay window and a large armchair. Artworks decorate the surrounding ochre-yellow walls. The room also includes a large fireplace, which compliments the traditional cornicing and ceiling rose above. This space leads through to the informal living area, with a red sofa and television – the ideal spot for watching a film during your stay. There is also a large bookcase here. KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM At the back of the home, is the large, open-plan kitchen and dining space. Complete with Parquet flooring, a further living space and plenty of natural light form the skylights above, the space has a relaxed feel and a modernist aesthetic. The room includes a long dining table and chairs, with vintage hanging lamps above. The kitchen itself comprises a large island in blue, as well as all the amenities you will need during your stay. The seating area offers a television, bookcase and soft, teal velvet sofa. Colourful artwork decorates the surrounding walls. Doors lead out to the garden outside. GARDEN The garden includes plenty of plants and trees, as well as outside seating. UTILITY ROOM There is a utility room on the ground floor, with a washing machine and tumble dryer. WC There is a WC and basin on the ground floor, for convenience. FIRST BEDROOM Upstairs on the first floor are the bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a King-size bed, with cast-iron frame. The room is spacious, wit a desk, chair, bookcase and art on the walls. BATHROOM Next to the first bedroom, is the bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, WC and basin, all in a turquoise and white colour scheme. SECOND BEDROOM This room can be used as both a bedroom and a study. It offers a desk with chair, as well as a comfortable single bed. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom includes a comfortable Super-King bed, with a quilted, teal headboard above. At the foot of the bed, a television can be erected from the wooden cabinet, or hidden away depending on preference.The room also includes art on the walls and a full-length mirror, as well as a wardrobe. MASTER EN SUITE The en suite bathroom comprises a shower, WC and basin, all with sleek tiling. FOURTH BEDROOM On the top floor of the home, is the fourth bedroom. This room is in the eaves of the property, so has slightly restricted headroom on one side. The room includes a comfortable double bed, with bedside tables either side. By the window, there is also a dressing table, with chair. EN SUITE The en suite bathroom includes a bath, overhead shower, WC and basin, with pretty blue tiling throughout.
A short walk to Uxbridge Road offers many gastropubs and coffee shops to enjoy. Nearby Bush Hall is also a music venue- home to many concerts and theatre productions. A short journey to Shepherd’s Bush and White City- which is home to many shops, Westfield shopping centre and White City House members club. Ravenscourt Park is just a 15 minute walk from the home, to enjoy some green space nearby. In the surrounding area, Notting Hill and Kensington are also close by. Visit Portobello Road to browse its vintage market and surrounding cafes, or head to the Design Museum in Holland Park for some cultural enjoyment.
