We recommend Millfields Coffee for breakfast, Jim’s Café- an American style diner with great milkshakes; and Eat 17 supermarket for any amenities and produce you need during your stay. The Castle Cinema is also a great independent cinema, complete with Art-Deco style bar, comfy armchairs in the cinema and beautiful surrounding architecture. Clapton itself also has plenty more shops and restaurants to enjoy. Our personal favourite is My Neighbours Dumplings- with a hidden surprise within its basement. Hackney, Dalston and London Fields are also great to explore. London Fields is home to the fabulous Broadway market on Saturdays; as well as London Fields lido.
