LIVING ROOM This spacious living room has a feature fireplace, with a bookcase and television bedside it, a large sofa and a small, red, velvet sofa with footstool. SECOND RECEPTION ROOM This bright, smaller living room has a sofa, piano, television, bookcase and artwork on the walls. There is also a Playstation 4 connected to the television. KITCHEN At the back of the property, is the spacious kitchen & dining area, with wooden floors. The room looks out to the lovely garden beyond. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay. There is a large wooden dining table and chairs, with skylight about. Full length sliding doors to the garden, run the width of the property. On the left of the room is a green sofa, rug, footstool and armchair- a perfect space to relax. GARDEN This lovely large garden has a patio, with dining table and chairs for dinners alfresco! There is a lawn beyond. A raised level at the back of the garden is home to a large trampoline, and a full size table tennis table is folded to the side of the patio which also has a BBQ. A net for badminton can also be strung across the centre of the lawn. WC There is a downstairs WC and sink, for convenience. UTILTIES There is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. BATHROOM Upstairs, to the first floor, where there is a bathroom. In sleek tiling, there is a large bath, double sink, shower and WC. FIRST BEDROOM This light bedroom has a bunk bed, with two adult single beds. There is also a wardrobe and a desk with chair. MASTER BEDROOM A spacious and calming room, this bedroom has a double bed, bay window and wardrobe for storage. THIRD BEDROOM This blue bedroom has single bed, bookcase and views to the garden. FOURTH BEDROOM Upstairs to the top floor of the house, to another bedroom, with two skylights. There is a single bed, a desk with chair, chest of drawers and framed pictures on the wall. BATHROOM Also on this floor, is a bathroom with shower, WC and sink. FIFTH BEDROOM This twin bedroom has two single beds and lovely views to the garden. There is also a desk with chairs. Please note, there is a further study, on the first floor, but this will be locked.
