GROUND FLOOR KITCHEN/DINING ROOM This stunning Victorian terrace home opens through a lovely pastel pink front door onto a smartly decorated hallway. On the right is a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room area. The kitchen is beautifully designed with plenty of light. Chic light blue cabinets with gold fittings and clean white counters line either side; with decorative foliage, a pastel pink feature wall, and a charming window seat providing extra character. There is plenty of space for a large family to cook in, with a huge oven and induction hobs, a large toaster, double sink, and double fridge. There is also a coffee machine, microwave, and dishwasher. In the centre is a wood table with colourful chairs for up to 7 guests. Classic period elements like the wood flooring, bay window, and vintage style furnishings, are set off by modern lighting features. LIVING ROOM On your left as you enter from the hallway is a comfortable, smartly designed living room area. Neutral interiors are brightened by pops of colour from a patterned rug, wall art, 2 blue sofas and a pastel pink armchair. Vintage-style features; including a table, chest of drawers, and a working wood burner in an exposed brick fireplace; are zhuzhed up with modern light fittings, quirky wall art, and trailing house plants. The room extends back towards the garden, where long glass windows overlook the patio space. There is a smart TV mounted on the wall, with a large teal corner sofa beneath a well-designed gallery wall. WC Separate WC and sink. BASEMENT A convenient storage space for suitcases and other items, with a separate washer and dryer. FIRST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM A luxurious bedroom with ensuite bathroom, combining vintage elegance with modern flair. This room is centred upon a stunning four poster super king bed, with stylish dark wood frame with inlaid carvings, and crisp white sheets. Modern light fittings, light wood flooring and neutral interiors give the room a bright, airy feel. There is a chair by the window, a full-length mirror, a clothes rail (not pictured), vanity desk with drawers, and fun modern prints on the walls. ENSUITE BATHROOM Separated from the master bedroom through a pair of charming rustic-style doors is a gorgeous, spacious bathroom. There is a vintage-style freestanding bath tub in modern midnight blue, as well as a large separate shower with modern tiling and waterfall showerhead. White walls and a huge wall-length mirror with traditional carved frame create a bright, serene space, perfect for relaxing in. There is a basin along one wall and a vanity desk and chair nestled nicely by the window. SECOND BEDROOM A light and airy double room with a comfortable king sized double bed, vanity desk with drawers, and a large standing mirror. Big cushions and green pot plants provide charming pops of colour. There is also a desk with a convenient second screen and a comfortable office chair, providing a great working from home setup. SECOND FLOOR THIRD BEDROOM A lovely child’s bedroom with a single trundle bed and space to play. The bed is decorated in pink tones with a matching bedside cabinet. Nestled in a corner is a bean bag and some bookshelves, creating the perfect little reading nook. There are charming pictures on the wall and the ceiling is hung with colourful butterfly shapes. There is also a desk, a child-sized wicker rocking chair, and a children’s closet with 2 rails. FOURTH BEDROOM This is a gorgeous room for 2 children, with a large bunk bed and plenty of floor space. Neutral interiors are enlivened by rainbow ribbons trailing from the top bunk and colourful wall art. There is an adorable child-sized desk and chair, perfect for play time, 2 crammed book shelves, a small wardrobe, and – the crème de le crème – a large soft toy giraffe! FIFTH BEDROOM This bedroom is perfect for an adult and a baby, with a bright yellow single bed and a cot. Furnished with a cushy rocking chair, a bedside table, and a child’s clothes rail. A double sofa bed can also be added upon request. SECOND BATHROOM Another perfect example of combining classic features with modern interiors, this bathroom includes a pastel pink freestanding bathtub with an overhead waterfall shower, a single sink and wall mirror, and a WC. Exposed bulb lighting and charcoal walls create a stylish modern finish. GARDEN At the other end of the hallway towards the back of the house is the garden entrance. the door is fitted with a child safety gate, as access to the garden is down a set of stairs. The garden is a lovely, well-kept space, with a central circle of astroturf surrounded by flower beds and trees. Beneath the glass doors at the back of the living room is a gravel patio area with garden furniture, including a large wood table, 5 chairs and a 2-seater bench.
