Village Bed and Breakfast

Village Bed & Breakfast is well located to access both the countryside and seaside of Cornwall, just a 5-minute drive from the A30. Free parking is possible on site, and free WiFi is accessible throughout.

The property offers stunning views of the countryside, and on clear days guests can see all the way to the sea at Newquay. Rooms at Village Bed & Breakfast are decorated in neutral colours, and all are en suite with a shower. Each room comes complete with a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities.

Breakfast is included in the room rate. The village of St Newlyn East also has a shop and a public house called The Pheasant Inn that serves food and beverages daily. There is a sister property in the garden named Lavender Lodge which offers self-catering accommodation and allow pets.

Newquay’s surf and golden sands are a 10-minute drive from the property. The Eden Project is 21 miles away, whilst the St Agnes Heritage Coast is 18 minutes away by car.

Information about the host

Our property is a home from home in wonderful surroundings! We also have a self-catering lodge in the garden named Lavender Lodge. The lodge allows small well behaved dogs by request, and must not be left unattended, where as Village Bed and Breakfast does not allow dogs.

I have lived in Cornwall for 38 years which was the best thing I ever did. I love all sports and really enjoy walking around the Cornish coastal path.

There are lots of circular walks around our village, we are close to the sea, and lots going on in our very active working village, so as you are walking around the village you will only meet locals, who will give you a friendly welcome, and have great knowledge about the area.
