Come and stay in our home by the sea. A unique opportunity to stay in a beautiful en-suite bedroom with magnificent sea views. Guests can sit and enjoy the view from anywhere in the room including the bed!! The room also has a great view across the park at Goodrington. As the room faces South, enjoy the sunrise and all day sun. You will find a basket with some breakfast items and a kettle for tea/coffee making. It is a two minute walk down the slope to our car park and a private gate to the beach. Please note, there is a 2 night minimum stay. During July, August, Christmas and Easter, there is a 3 night minimum stay. A maximum of 2 adults over 21 yrs only. Check in time is between 15.00 and 20.00. Please note for a check in outside of these hours, prior arrangement is required. Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for guests in wheelchairs.

We are situated in a very convenient location. Take a walk along the sea front at Goodrington or along the beach, paddle in the sea. Wander through Goodrington Park, where you will find cafes and a Restaurant a few minutes away. The Leisure centre is a ten minute walk across the Park offering a swimming pool, extensive gym, sauna & solarium, a badminton court & snack bar. The Harbour is a short ten minute walk with boat tours and fishing trips across Torbay. There are several cafes and restaurants located at the Harbour. Walk through the Harbour to Paignton beach and promenade, there is a pier situated halfway along the sea front. Easily walk to Paignton town centre, where the Dart Valley Steam Train departs for Dartmouth viewing magnificent River Dart scenery on the way. Don’t miss the beautiful old town of Dartmouth, the Royal Naval College and Agatha Christie’s House. Take a short drive or bus ride to Torquay or the quaint old fishing port of Brixham. For a scenic day out, visit beautiful Dartmoor with the old village of Widecombe. Take a ride to Plymouth, visit the Barbican where the Pilgrim Fathers sailed from to found America. Plymouth also has great shopping.
