Quiet rural barn set in Norfolk village with easy access to public footpaths and within easy driving distance of good local pubs and lovely clean beaches. The barn is level throughout inside and out and is therefore suitable for wheelchair users. We accept dogs by prior arrangement, small charge to be paid on arrival. The barn has an outside courtyard area and garden area which is south facing. The barn has underfloor central heating and a large walk in shower. We are close to Norwich for a day visit and to two National Trust properties Blickling and Felbrigg Halls. There are lots of places to visit whatever your interest, we are also close to Aylsham where you can catch a steam train ride to Wroxham and then hire a boat. We have lots of returning guests who say they never get everything done. Please be aware that mobile signal is weak in Swanton Abbott.

We are a family living in Walnut Tree Farm which is adjacent to the barn. We are on hand for help whenever required. We have a dog cats and some chickens. We like living in this quiet rural area with easy access to beaches and woodland for walks.

Our neighbourhood is quiet with small country lanes with easy access to lots of places to walk and lots of beaches, nice pubs and cafes. We often go to Blickling Hall with our dog or to Felbrigg Hall woods. We also like going to the White Horse at Overstrand and the Red Lion at Cromer.
