This spacious self-contained flat accommodates up to 7 people, with light and airy rooms including two double bedrooms and a family room, a good sized lounge, two shower rooms and a large well equipped kitchen/dining room. All the rooms have their own flat screen TV and are furnished to a high standard, including bed linen and towels. You have your own private entrance with storage and hanging space for outdoor coats and a small courtyard garden area, at the front of the house, with seating. Secure off road parking in our private car park, for up to 2 cars, is included in the package.

Walton Beach Holiday Lets is a 2 minute walk from the stunning awarding winning beach, Walton pier, Walton town centre and the train station. It is also a short distance from the famous Fossil Cliffs, the Naze Tower and the new visitor centre. The famous pier which has a variety of rides for children, soft play area, 10 pin bowling with bar and cafe. You can walk the three-quarter mile pier and back again if you fancy. In addition, why not bring your fishing rod and see if you can catch a fish or two. Walton has a swimming pool, gym, children's playground, putting green, crazy golf and an entertainment centre.
