It's location provides good access to Goole Ports area, the motorway and surrounding towns, the town centre for shopping and places to eat and drink. There is on-street parking outside the property and in neighbouring streets, and a small Co-op store in the next road. Inside, the roomy lounge dining room provides a large space to seat guests either infront of the TV or around a dining table. Put some beer in the fridge and you're all sorted after a hard day at work.
I'm not local, but based in Staffordshire. This house was bought for my partner who was working in Howden. Access is via a key safe, and a local cleaner attends weekly where required. The neighbours are friendly and helpful if you need anything.
The town centre is around half a mile away - just follow the main road and bend right at the corner. There are supermarkets, pubs, takeaways and restaurants. There is a large free carpark next to the library building (opposite the police station) for those who don't like to walk.
