You will find us Kim and John at the Warwick Court a short 10 minute walk from Weymouth’s railway station, town centre, Harbour and beautiful sandy beach. All our rooms have a modern touch with En-suite shower rooms, flat screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, Hairdryers and Free Wifi. A communal lounge area where guest are free to relax and watch TV or browse the internet. We have limited onsite parking that is available to guests on a first come basis but free on street parking is available close by. With notice we can provide travel cots, high chairs and ironing facilities. Each morning continental and full English breakfast is served, Please note we can cater for Special dietary requirements if advance notice is given (at least 24hrs) *We welcome stag/hen parties and contractors*

We love to site on the Harbour side watching the boats come and go while eating piping hot fish and chips, enjoying a drink of something cool and refreshing. We also enjoy taking a leisurely walk along the esplanade listening to the gentle sounds of the sea lapping against the shore. It’s just heaven.

Weymouth is a sea side town traditionally in one of Britain’s warmest and driest areas, with clean, lifeguarded sandy beaches our shallow waters make it ideal for children. The esplanade and town are level making it easy walking offering plenty of entertainment such as Punch and Judy, donkey rides, sand sculptures, International sporting championships, festivals and events to traditional fish and chips, fine dining restaurants, bars and cafes. With coast and countryside so diverse, You could enjoy a wealth of history and heritage, with our many historic houses, castles, lighthouses, forts and churches to boat trips, kite surfing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, diving, rock climbing, rambling, horse riding, fishing, bird and butterfly watching. That was just a few ideas, there is so much more to offer and our guest house is ideally situated close by just a few minutes’ walk from Weymouth sea front, harbour, shops & train/coach stations. People often visit places such as Chesil Beach, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, West Bay, Lime Regis, Weymouth Sealife Centre, Monkey world, Tank Museum to name just a few that are not too far away
