Warwick Road Studios comprises six contemporary apartments in the centre of Beaconsfield New Town and are within an easy walk to The National Film & Television School - NFTS. It also takes only a couple of minutes to walk to Beaconsfield Train Station, where you can easily to get to Wembley Stadium/Arena (approx 20 mins) and London Marylebone in approx 25 mins. These apartments are designed to create flexible live/work space, for those who want more than just a hotel room but aren't looking to rent long term. We have provided everything required to make this a home-from-home, with fully-fitted kitchens and all the utensils and crocket required to prepare simple meals, as the property features a combi-microwave oven and induction hobs. However, right on the door-step there is a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, shops and bars too, so very convenient for eating out. No.2 is our largest flat, featuring dishwasher and washer/dryer. No.1 is second largest with washer/tumbler. Nos 3 & 5 are standard one-bed rooms and Nos 4 & 6 are our studios, with pull down smart wall-bed and hideaway kitchen, to make the most of the limited space and perfect if you are on a budget.

We have lived in Beaconsfield for over 25 years and brought both of our children up here, so know the area very well and what it has to offer visitors. If you would like to ask us any questions about things to do, or particular things you may find interesting then please do not hesitate to drop us a message and we would be delighted to help you. For example, one stop on the train is Gerrards Cross and they have the Everyman Cinema there, which is a very comfortable way to watch the latest movies and eat and drink in the cinema whilst you are entertained. Or, just a short walk along the road there is floodlit public tennis courts, if you fancy a game. Or indeed Squash Courts in the Old Town. We love travelling ourselves and know that there's nothing better than to open the door to your accommodation and it is exactly as you expected it, or even better. The most important thing is obviously cleanliness and we have our property professionally cleaned each time a guest departs, so the next guest can be assured that everything is spotless. Your happy stay is our objective!
Beaconsfield is a thriving town with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés. A notable place to visit it The Royal Standard of England, the oldest Free House in England and is steeped in history spanning over 800 years. It is about two miles from Warwick Road Studios and very popular with tourists from all over the world. They serve great food which is very good value for money as the portions are huge! The National Film & Television School is within walking distance of Warwick Road Studios and our apartments are often fully booked with post-graduate students polishing their cinematography skills there. Within a short walk from the property you can ramble in beautiful woodland and fields in Ledborough Woods or Walk Wood. There is a Waitrose right on the doorstep, which also features a lovely cafe if you want to stop there for provisions. One stop on the train you can be in High Wycombe, where you can visit the Eden Centre, or just over 20 minutes in the other direction you will find yourself at London Marylebone, which is on the Bakerloo line and only a few stops from Oxford Circus or Piccadilly Circus, or a leisurely 15 minute stroll from the station to Regent’s Park.
