Information about the host

New carpets were laid throughout the accommodation in August 2016. The fridge located in the upstairs bathroom was added to let visiting yacht crews store their food overnight to take on the yachts the following morning. There are also small fridges in the bedrooms for use of snack items and milk. We appreciate that we are not able to meet every guest's needs as every one has their own opinion, but we do try our best. You get great value for money for the price charged.As you come along the high street you will see 2 signs above our building at the top of the building you will see a sign for the watchousebarn B&B on the ground floor you will see our restaurant with another sign saying the place to eat ,this is where you will be having breakfast . If arriving after 4.30pm keys for the accomodation will be left for you behind the bar at the Union inn pub which is situated next door.Please collect keys before 22.00hours you are then free to come and go as you please.UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO A FIRE IN OUR KITCHENS WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO OFFER A BREAKFAST SERVICE,there are plenty of places along the high strret serving breakfasts ,we are sorry for any inconvieniance.

cowes is a very safe area for children ,there are parks ,and sea front walks and lots of attractions to suit the whole family. Parking is available on the esplanade 100 yards away from the property,ticket machines are in operation.
