We bought the house in 2015, after falling in love with the river and the views. I did b and b in our previous property and really enjoyed doing it, so when we moved i wanted to do B&B again and i hope our guests will also find Waterfield House a relaxing place to stay
Bradford Peverell Bradford Peverell is one of the oldest villages in Dorset which pre-dates the Roman occupation of Dorchester. The village is the birthplace of John Hutchins , Dorset's most famous historian. The church of St. Mary's is unusual for Dorset in that it is one of the few in the county with a rare, medieval spire, a fact which has recently been brought to the attention of a wider audience as doubts have been raised regarding its safety. Dr. Howley, once a rector here, rose to become Archbishop of Canterbury and it was he who crowned Queen Victoria.
