Perfectly located to explore Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall, we would love to invite you to experience our welcome retreat. Location: The Clarence building within the Royal William Yard sits proudly adjacent to the mouth of the River Tamar. The RWY was used as a major victualling depot for the Royal Navy and was built between 1826 and 1835. Circa 2005 after being released from the MOD it was transformed and it is now an impressive 'hub' housing restaurants, quirky shops, and accommodation.

We like to meet our guests and introduce them to the apartment. We want you to feel comfortable and have everything you need.

We call it "yard life!" Close to lots of areas of interest and natural beauty. The RWY has its own harbor and boat trips around to the Barbican and Cornwall. Another passenger boat leaves nearby and goes across to Mount Edgecombe on return trips 'daily'. The nearest supermarket is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. We recommend exploring the local area on foot, however, traveling around by car or taxi is recommended further a-field. There is a regular bus route which covers Plymouth and stops directly outside the yard on the roundabout.
