Wendy House is located in a private courtyard the heart of Eastbourne. However Wharf Road is an extremely quiet road with vehicle access at one end only. It provides a safe location for families with the many amenities you would expect from a large seaside resort just around the corner. There are major high street stores, popular restaurants for all tastes including vegetarian and vegan options, theatres,a cinema and of course the promenade and beach all within walking distance. The are so many options for days out too. With the railway station just 2 minutes away on foot, London is a popular choice as well as the many delights of Brighton. Drusillas Zoo Park is just 15 minutes away in the car with many other family attractions within a short distance including a swimming pool, crazy golf, rollerblading and play parks. Battle Abbey, Batemans, Bodiam Castle are easily accessible by car. Of course The South Downs National Park is just on our doorstep with the dramatic Beachy Head and stunning Seven Sisters just 2 must see natural wonders. There are miles of footpaths for a relaxing stroll or something more energetic. There is so much to do and see and Wendy House will provide a comfortable, safe base whatever the reason for your stay.
