From its elevated situation it commands beautiful and extensive views of the Axe Valley and Estuary and the sea itself. Attached to the owner's main residence, the accommodation comprises a main bedroom (with a king-size bed, which can, if preferred, be separated into two single beds); a lounge and a large kitchen/living-room and there is also a shower room with separate toilet. There is a large garden with a paddock/orchard to the rear. This part of the garden looks to the North over lovely rolling Devon countryside - a particularly attractive and peaceful area. There is an ample supply of garden furniture and level access from the driveway to the entrance of the bungalow. Please note: A maximum of three dogs are accepted. Dogs are charged each per week (or part week).
