Information about the host

White Alice Farm is situated at the end of a long private lane with no through traffic. We have beautiful views and lots of wildlife around plus our small flock of sheep. If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you.

White Alice Farm is situated close to Stithians lake where there is a water sports centre offering lessons in sailing ,windsurfing, canoeing etc. Fishing is also permitted on part if the lake. Our two nearest pubs offering good food are the Star Inn in Porkellis less than 1 mile away and the Golden Lion Inn situated on Stithians Lake approx. 2 miles distance. We are in the countryside between both coasts of Cornwall. North coast beaches of Portreath and Porthtowan are approx. 5 miles away, and South coast lovely Porthleven and Falmouth are approx. 8 miles as is the beautiful Lizard Peninsula the most Southerly point in the U.K. Nearest large Supermarkets are in Helston fifteen to twenty minute drive away. Here you will find Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Lidl.
