New to the market and completely renovated 3 bedroom period house in Whitley Bay. 200 metres from the seafront and a 5 minute walk to the vibrant town centre and promenade. The house has 2 living rooms and a fully equiped kitchen with quartz worktops and induction hob. A washing machine and tumble dryer is available for use in the downstairs w/c utility room. There is superfast Virgin internet (100mbps) both wifi and hardwired upstairs and downstairs with Cat 6 cable. The front living room has Vigin TV with 100+ channels, blue ray player, DVD and book library, comfy sofas and chairs as well as a workstation with desk and chair for those needing to catch up on work emails. The dining room has an exposed brick fireplace and large oak table with seating for 6. There is also another sofa and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and smart TV where guests can access their Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has bunkbeds. Outside at the front there is off street parking and at the rear a small sunny yard with outdoor table and seating.

Whitley Bay is a seaside town, perfect for a family outing with arcades, a skate park, mini golf as well as award winning ice cream and fish and chips. Less than 100 metres from the property there is a bowling green and tennis courts which can be hired hourly. The long sandy beach is a 5 minute walk from Whitley Bay Hideaway and is perfect for sandcastle building and long walks. St Mary's lighthouse has been a beacon on the coastline since 1898 and features a nature reserve and wetland habitat ideal for rockpooling. Whitley Bay is a vibrant town with numerous bars and a diverse range of restaurants. Park View is famous for its independent businesses and in 2018 it was hailed in the Guardian as one of the top 10 coolest shopping districts on earth! A short stroll down the coast (15 mins) bring you to Cullercoats, an old fishing village with more cool cafes and a semi circular sandy beach with 6 caves which is popular with paddle boarders (available to hire locally). A little further (25 min walk from Whitley Bay Hideaway) is the beautiful historic village of Tynemouth with its ancient castle, sealife aquarium, sandy beach, shops, bars and cafes.
