You will enjoy this lovely place, just a short walk from the town centre and with a beautiful front line view overlooking Stratford Race Course. You are renting the whole house, with total privacy, it can sleep up to 6 people. This is a three storey town house with a double bedroom with shower room on the ground floor, a very well equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining area on the first floor and a large double bedroom, twin bedroom with two single beds (suitable for adults) and a family bathroom on the top floor. It is a 15 minute flat walk (or 2 minute drive) from the historic centre of Stratford Upon Avon. The house has off street parking for two cars, with additional free parking on the road opposite; it is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has recently been re-furbished throughout. Bed linen and towels are provided and we provide kitchen basics such as cooking oil, herbs, ketchup, tea and coffee. WE MAY CONSIDER ONE NIGHT STAYS - PLEASE ASK.

We live nearby so we are usually available if you need any help (unless we are away travelling ourselves, in which case we have a local manager who can help). I find it helps to think of myself as a guest; if it works for me it will then hopefully work for you.
