Wickham House is situated on a quiet lane in the village of Conisholme with plenty of countryside walks near by. We are near to Donna Nook nature reserve,where the seals come to have their pups from October to November. Also the beaches of north Lincolnshire are not far away. Wickham House was built in the 17th century as 3 cottages for farm workers and retains many original features. The property is built out of brick which is which is filled with rubble probably from St Peter’s church (11 century) which was much larger church up until 16 century when part of it was pulled down. Please feel free to walk around the church yard and the church if it is open. Wickham House is a short drive to the beaches of north Lincolnshire and to the Lincolnshire wolds.
