"Eden" is situated in a very quiet area of Wigbay Holiday Park and has spectacular views along Loch Ryan from Stranraer to the Irish ferry terminals at Cairnryan (on the opposite side of the loch). The caravan is accessed from Edens' tarmaced parking space via a decked ramp or separate set of steps onto the decking alongside the entrance. The decked area is ideal for enjoying outdoor dining and relaxation on those sunny days and evenings regularly experienced on the Mull of Galloway. Eden is exceptionally spacious in all rooms making it easy to move around and has a neutral decor to aid your relaxation .The caravan is equipped with a full range of essential and luxury goods to compliment your holiday needs making your stay as easy as possible. Wigbay holiday park is an ideal base for exploring the Mull of Galloway and the Ayrshire coast with seals,dolphins and a great variety of seabirds residing in Wigbay. Whether you wish to enjoy outdoor adventure activities in Galloway's forest and beaches or sit and watch the comings and goings of the ferries and wildlife on Loch Ryan from the comfort of Eden's decking or lounge, you'll want to return again!

We've regularly allowed friends and family to visit and stay in "Eden" since we bought our lovely home from home, with many of them going on to buy a caravan of their own. This has provided the opportunity for us to open our door to new adult guests who can experience that same feeling of freedom to come and go, and enjoy a holiday in a private home and hopefully also become regular friends and visitors to our lovely caravan. We try to provide the little important things that make the difference to your stay with a higher quality of furnishing to make it a little bit special. Wigbay is a very friendly holiday park and our caravan owning neighbours will greet you as if you are our personal friends too. "Eden" is especially well situated to view the Loch and enjoy the many comings and goings of the people and wildlife who are passing through or living nearby, many lost hours have been spent watching from the decking or inside the lounge!! Morning breakfast on the decking is a must do and evenings spent chatting and chilling with a glass or two of a favourite tipple are popular pastimes at "Eden". "Slainte mhath" as they say in Scotland.

The Mull of Galloway is renowned for beautiful sandy beaches and hidden rocky coves stretching around the coastline providing fine picnic and bathing spots for everyone young and old alike. Sunrises and sunsets are especially beautiful and watching the natural world from anywhere on the peninsula is breathtaking. A trip to the Mull of Galloway is a must do, to see the spectacular cliffs drop into the Irish Sea at Scotland's most southerly point of land, and the air is filled with seabirds whirling around and basking sharks may be spotted swimming by. Logan Botanic gardens just further back towards Stranraer are an amazing place to see the tropical climate effect the Mull experiences with palm trees and exotic plants thriving in the climate. Three lighthouses adorn the Westerly side of the Mull.... although only one is open to the public there are beautiful views from the areas surrounding them all. Dining at "Henry's Bay restaurant" is a tastbud revelation with local seafood a speciality and is sure to entice you back a second and third time during your stay. Finally, the Ryan centre in Stranraer provides pools, gym and sport halls and includes a film cinema.
