We have lovingly converted our garage with a bedroom- living area equipped with basic cooking facilities and a separate shower room. There is parking and a small garden area, internet. Frenchay is located by the M32 within walking distance to UWE, Hewlett Packard, MOD, AVIVA and lots of major businesses. Parkway station is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Bristol city centre is easy to access by bus or car. Bath is 30 minute drive. The annex is detached with a separate entrance. We hope you will enjoy your stay.
