This 100 year old Victorian Woodcroft cottage is an ideal base to explore Ayr and it's surrounding beaches, golf and castles. It sleeps 4, in 2 bedrooms: a twin and a double. It is all at ground floor level with no steps, so good for disabled access. Set in an acre of grounds, with off road parking at the front and a pretty walled garden with lawn at the back. And a nice little conservatory to take your afternoon tea in the sun. It's only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Ayr, and down to the beautiful Ayr beach for a blustery long walk. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Wifi provided.

We have lived int eh area for over 20 years and raised a family, with grandchildren, so can suggest lots of top tips to make your stay fun no matter what the weather does!
