Our relaxing seaside retreat is situated in the picturesque village of Filey, North Yorkshire and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is lots to do at our beautiful site - The Bay, with something for everyone. Dogs are welcome all over the site and the pub is also dog friendly. Everywhere on site is also wheelchair accessible. Our beach house is equipped with super fast up to 80mb/s WIFI for all your streaming needs. We have Netflix and Disney+ which you can watch in Ultra HD on our 4K TV and an Xbox One S to keep the kids occupied if there is a rainy day. Relax and unwind by opening our bi-fold doors onto a south facing decking for those long summer nights. We sleep up to 6 persons. We have 1 bedroom with a king-size bed with en-suite, another bedroom with 2 single beds with an en-suite and a double sofa bed that sleeps up to 2 more - ideally children. We also have an electric car charger which is free to use for guests staying at our property.

Hello, We fell in love with Filey in 2016 when we first came to stay. This little village is bursting with things to do and being so close to the beach just tops it off. We named the place after our dog Eden because he loves it up here. There is nothing we love more than coming to Filey to relax and unwind, especially in winter in front of the log burner. The seaside really is the best place to go to de-stress from the busy lives we both have. I (Tom) am a heating engineer and Melissa is a teacher and we try to get to our little bit of paradise as much as possible. We have tried to think of everything you could need while you stay here, including spare charging cables - let's be honest, we always forget them!
