The house is surrounded by a garden and trees and the area outside the conservatory is an ideal spot for an al fresco meal in the summer. The conservatory is always bright and sunny and perfect for eating indoors on cooler days. The kitchen and bathroom are decorated to a high standard and fully equipped so you have everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or have a state of the art shower! The lounge has comfortable reclining sofas and the bedrooms are spacious. This is a perfect house for a family or group of friends.

I have lived in Edinburgh for most of my life and love the city. Letting out my bungalow to visitors to Edinburgh has given me a pleasurable new interest since I enjoy meeting people and do everything I can to make my guests feel at home. My hobbies include reading, dog walking, gardening and dancing. I always meet my guests when they arrive and am happy to give them whatever information or help they may require to make their stay in our beautiful city one to remember.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area on the east side of the city but only a 15minute bus ride to the centre with all the major attractions. Places of interest nearby include Holyrood Park/ Arthur's Seat which is perfect for walking, cycling, bird watching and offers great views of the city. The beach is around a 25minute walk or 5minutes by bus. Portobello is one of my favourite places with it's bustling prom, large expanse of sand, many pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and a busy high street.
