This second floor apartment called Woodpecker Loft is situated on the outskirts of the village of East Anstey, close to the market town of Dulverton in Devon. This cottage sleeps two people and has one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is also an open plan living area at this cottage with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with beams. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for one car and shared grounds with unfenced pond and furniture. Woodpecker Loft is one of four apartments within the Knapp House estate and is an ideal holiday home for exploring the Exmoor National Park and lovely seaside villages.
East Anstey is a village set in stunning countryside. Just four miles away is the market town of Dulverton. Within the town is the River Barle, which flows under a Grade I listed, 3000 year old clapper bridge. Also on offer in the town are medieval streets, restaurants, pubs, gift shops and tea rooms. Further afield are the breathtaking Exmoor National Park, excellent beaches and the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth.
