Property information

The venue is set in beautiful surroundings at the end of a private lane. It's 4 miles from Norwich City centre but the site remains quite, tranquil and full of wildlife. We keep our guest numbers low, so you will feel like you have the site to yourselves. We have short walks around our lakes or take the opportunity to walk and cycle the many paths and byways from the front gate. We are 15 minutes from the beauty of the Norfolk broads and a similar time from the centre of Norwich with its impressive cathedral and old cobbled streets. We operate as an adventure centre throughout much of the year, so whilst here you can also take part on activities like; archery, axe throwing, zip lining, bushcraft or canoeing.

Norwich City has a hugely varied number of attractions, from the Cathedral, Norwich Castle, Shopping to river walks. The venue is only 15 minutes from the Norfolk Broads at Wroxham, where motor boats can be hired for the day. You can also join one of our canoeing sessions on the River Bure, which gets you out on the water for a fun 3 hour session. The town of Cromer is only 40 minutes drive which is situated on the coast with it's pier for crabbing and many a fish and chip shop.
