New for 2021, Yr Hen Berllan is situated in the Snowdonia National Park in the attractive and sought after village of Rowen making it easily accessible to numerous leisure activities. It is a modern and newly built home offering modern amenities, water/solar heating and comfort. There is off-street parking for 3 cars and more free parking outside the property. Its 3 Bedrooms sleeps 6 people. There is room for a cot should you wish to bring one. The ground floor compromises of a porch entrance leading to a kitchen/dining room plus conservatory which leads to the outside garden and outside dining. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer plus a downstairs toilet/cloakroom. There is an ample sized sitting room with TV and Sky Freeview. Upstairs there is a family sized bathroom with bath and shower, toilet, sink, towel radiator and linen cupboard. There is a master double bedroom with en-suite shower cubicle, toilet, sink and radiator. Also on the second floor there is a twin room and a further double room with a small walk in closet for clothing & shoes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
