Botanica is located on the 4th floor so has views of the tree tops of the Botanic Gardens, From the balcony you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets over Cambridge. No need for a car as you can walk to the historic centre of Cambridge in 15 minutes. Kings College is a twenty minute walk. Restaurants and bars are all 5 minutes away. The apartment is 2 minutes from the Cambridge Station. FACILITIES: Hallway with telephone entry system. open plan lounge/dining area, TV and comfortable sofas. Large 30ft balcony to dine alfresco overlooking the gardens and tree tops of Botanic gardens. Fully equipped kitchen, built in electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Master bedroom has on suite bathroom with shower and low level WC and basin with vanity mirror. The second bathroom has bath with shower, low level WC and basin. This apartment benefits from lift access and underground allocated private parking and communal landscaped gardens. The second double bedroom is flexible as the bed converts into two singles or a super King sized double. Please indicate on booking if you would like two singles.

I was born in Cambridge and was christened in St Johns College Cambridge,as my father was a student at Cambridge. Being born in Cambridge gives me an inside knowledge of Cambridge and the interesting places to visit which I am happy to share with my guests. I love animals and nature and love walking in the Country side around Cambridge and seeing films with my friends. I am a regular visitor to the Art Cinema that has international films.

Botanica is a great location as you can stroll into the historic centre of Cambridge. Restaurants are a two minute walk and shops if you wish to cook. you have everything you could want a stroll away. if you want to catch a train to London, the railway station is just 2 minutes by foot and a 50 minute journey away. This apartment is peaceful as it faces away from the station so has views of Cambridge. The famous botanic gardens are just a 5 minute walk as the entrance is in Hills roads. The Famous village of Grantchester, can be reached by a walk through Grantchester meadows. You can take a step back in history an visit the famous Grantchester tea rooms. Cambridge has many interesting walking tours and a tour bus. Cambridge has many attractions and I am happy to advise you on these depending on your interests.
