Hayward's at the Grasmere is a very friendly family-run property, with well-equipped bedrooms, with one having a four-poster bed. There is a comfortable lounge and cosy bar. We are a totally non-smoking establishment.

We are a family run independent business with traditional values and a firm focus on taking good care of our guests and going the extra mile to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. We are located in the historic town of Keynsham in between Bristol and the Roman Spa City of Bath, with the local amenities of Keynsham only a five minute walk away and Bristol and Bath a short bus or train ride away.

At the Grasmere Court Guest House our aim is to create a place where you can relax, reflect and be restored. All care and attention is paid to ensure our guest enjoy their stay and leave feeling happy and refreshed. With our 9 en suite double bedrooms and 3 en suite twin bedrooms, our 1 en suite deluxe king bedrooms, and  1 en suite four poster bedroom we can also accommodated for family's we are sure we have a space for you. Lie back, kick off your shoes and relax in one of our 16 beautifully designed bedrooms All of our rooms come with Wi-Fi and flat screen TV's​ Hospitality tray with a variety of teas, coffee, milk and sugar.

The little town of Keynsham has many things for everyone. Keynsham has a host of independent retailers, specialist shops and a number of national stores. It also has many places to eat and drink.
