Leigh House offers bed and breakfast accommodation in the County Down countryside. The property has a hot tub, free WiFi throughout and free parking for guests. The hot tub is free of charge to guests who stay 2 nights or more.

Rooms come complete with tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The hot tub in the adjoining log cabin can be used by guests for an additional fee, which includes use of bathrobes. All rooms have private bathroom with shower, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer and bathrobes. A session in infrared sauna and use of hot tub is free of charge to our guests.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and served daily. Further bars, restaurants and shops can be found 1.5 miles away in the village of Rathfriland.

Down Cathedral is 21 miles away, in Downpatrick. Belfast City Airport can be reached in 50 minutes by car, whilst Dublin Airport is 74 miles away.

I'm a friendly outgoing person, who enjoys meeting other people. I love to read when I have the time and also love to cook the traditional soda bread and pancakes, which I serve at my breakfast table.

we live in the countryside in the beautiful Mournes, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Our nearest village is just over a mile away. When I book a table in a local restaurant the owners know who I am and will accommodate me and my guests. In our local pub everyone knows each other and are very friendly to visitors to the area. It is a place where the old traditional values still live that unfortunately have been lost in the bigger towns and cities.
