Pros: Good access for travel

Cons: Due to the current crisis some facilities were not in use.Not their problem

Pros: Rooms were clean and food was love;y.

Cons: The long walk to and from our rooms.....way too far!

Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect Nice quiet area

Cons: When I arrived there was no one on reception I was waiting 10 minutes before someone turned up to book me in. Same thing at the bar later in the evening The room was too hot and having the window open didn't help and there was no way to turn the heating down.

Pros: The bed was comfortable

Cons: I had no shower curtain and no hot water, but it was sorted for my second night

Pros: Nice a quiet and could see they were doing the hotel up

Cons: Bathroom needed doing up majorly

Pros: Food was really good and beds were nice and comfy

Cons: More staff in bar. They were all in staff meeting so receptionist was dealing with everyone so was a bit slower getting through orders

Pros: The king size bed

Pros: Location was perfect for me.

Cons: Shower was controlled by two taps so difficult to get to and maintain temperature. Radiator creaked in the night.

Pros: Very comfy bed and nice linen.

Cons: No hot water in morning, Understand that there is always on going decor repairs, but filler to the holes in walls should at least have been sanded smooth, and a lick of paint on the boxed pipes and window frames would have been so much nicer.

Pros: Didn't have breakfast

Cons: Bar did not appear to be restocked each day
