The Haven holiday cottage is attached to the main house with its own entrance. It is a large modern self contained home that has been recently refurbished. There are 2 bedrooms, bathroom and open plan kitchen - living room. It is ideally located for exploring the central belt of Scotland. The cottage is in a country side environment on a private farm track, you are surrounded by nature while only a 15-minute walk for Carluke centre. You will wake up to the sight of wild deer, foxes, badgers and squirrels plus a vast array of wild birds.

There are lovely walks along the Clyde Walkway (5 minute drive). These can vary from easy to medium effort, ideal for walking pets. Lanark Loch is around 15 minutes away by car. A family friendly park with walks, play areas and a restaurant overlooking the Loch. Strathclyde Park is about 15 minutes drive with lots to see and do. Chatelherault Country Park in Hamilton is very historic. It was the former hunting lodge of the Duke of Hamilton.
