The cottage has two bedrooms; a king-size double with TV and balcony, and a twin, sleeping four. There is a family bathroom with bath and handheld shower, a ground-floor shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and seating area. Outside there is off-road parking available, as well as an enclosed rear garden with patio, picnic bench and barbecue, plus a separate, enclosed hot tub area. Garden View is an idyllic rural retreat in Wales.
A small market town straddling the River Teifi, Llanybydder is a typical old Welsh town with a small selection of shops, including a Post Office, bakers and farmers co-operative, and a few pubs and eating places scattered throughout its streets. It is the focal point for the surrounding farmers, and regularly holds horse sales. The countryside is perfect for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers alike. Set on the border between Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, Llanybydder is perfectly positioned to travel to the county town of Carmarthen with its busy shopping centre, with small individual quirky shops and the well-known high street stores, Merlin's Hill Centre and even a steam railway. The superb coastline of both south and west Wales is within 20 miles for great seaside days and coastal walks on the world renowned Welsh coastal path. An excellent central location to enjoy the south west of Wales.
