Welcome to Maesyfelin Isaf, sitting in 6.5 acres beside the Nant Cledlyn (stream/river), just outside the lovely village of Drefach, located close to Llanybydder and Lampeter in a beautiful but overlooked part of Ceredigion in South West, Mid Wales. Offering B&B accommodation in the main house, a separate one bedroom s/c Apartment that sleeps up to 3 and a s/c Glamping Hay Loft that sleeps up to 4 for those wanting posh camping but under a roof, decent mattress, kitchenette etc. There are three first floor B&B rooms including the large master ensuite complete with sofa, plus a double room with private bathroom next door, with the option to add an extra single bed/room which would only be available to family members booking the double room for an extra fee, as would share the bathroom. Guests have access to our gardens and fields, with field paths and garden furniture beside the river for that early morning stroll or sit by the stream on a nice evening, along with our fire pit. Parking is secure in the courtyard of the property for the B&B and Apartment guests, with Hay Loft vehicle to the side of the building off the drive, approached through gated entrance private driveway.

We moved here in March 2018, to get away from Swindon and the rat race basically. Looking to improve the standard of life with more home grown produce, real free range chickens and fresh clean air, away from the hustle and bustle of a big town......

There is so much on offer within 5 to 50 minutes journey time from our central location, from coastal towns such as Aberaeron and New Quay, to inland attractions of Llanerchaeron House and gardens, Gwilli steam railway, National Wool Museums, Gold Mine, Castles, Forest walks, Cambrian Mountains and many more.
