If you book the suite you will have the entire first floor which includes bedroom, large living room leading onto the south facing balcony and bathroom. There is a kettle upstairs in the lounge area for your convenience. Downstairs is the shared breakfast room shown in the photos which provides fridge, washer dryer, microwave,egg boiler, kettle and toaster. If you book the front or rear bedroom you have double beds , each room has en suite bathrooms with bath and overhead showers. These rooms have their own kettle. All guests have use of the breakfast room shown in the photos. There is an outside seating area. There is off road parking for three to four cars.

I enjoy meeting people, dog walks, tennis and tai chi.

My place is close to the south downs, beautiful countryside, historical market towns, Arundel with its castle, Petworth with impressive national trust house, Cranleigh, Steyning and Horsham. The beach is only half an hour away. Local attractions include country pubs and restaurants, fishing lake, swimming pool, gym. You’ll love my place because of its central location and the south facing balcony. My place is good for couples, or groups of up to six adults.
